Brought my first car 3 weeks ago. The guy was very nice and helpful and down to earth. Travelled to me to deliver and got the train back. Many documents were provided such as print outs of the MOT’s and even the servicing proof carried out by L&A and ALSO previous services.I was happy with the car and he kindly added on 3 months warranty FOC. I have had an issue with my engine management light a week after purchasing but after I spoke to him he kindly agreed to cover the cost of repair for this. I have had a mechanic take a look at my car and he has advised there is a few things that need replacing …. But again after speaking with L&A they have agreed to cover some costs which is helpful! Overall I am pleased with my car and the service I have been provided. Yes I have had little problems that have presented themselves with my car but my car is 13 years old so it is bound to happen but I must say L&A Dealership have been very supportive thus far. Lovely guy and good experience.

Very friendly, easy to to understand, the car was in great condition and spotless upon arrival and test drive was very good. Smooth, no knocking or misfires!

Lais Waissy was very genuine and helpful. He stated the facts and further took an extra mile to materialise the deal. He further extended help and provided me an extended warranty at a reasonable price. This is my first car and I think there couldn't be any one better than Lais that I would want to deal with. I wish him luck for his new venture and would continue being in touch with him.
