Where do we even start, Lais has been exceptional from start to finish, nothing was ever too much and he went above and beyond to make sure we was happy. He made us feel welcomed and at ease with any questions we had in regards to the car which resulted in us purchasing our first family car. Brought my first car 3 weeks ago. The guy was very nice and helpful and down to earth. Travelled to me to deliver and got the train back. Many documents were provided such as print outs of the MOT’s and even the servicing proof carried out by L&A and ALSO previous services.I was happy with the car and he kindly added on 3 months warranty FOC. I have had an issue with my engine management light a week after purchasing but after I spoke to him he kindly agreed to cover the cost of repair for this. I have had a mechanic take a look at my car and he has advised there is a few things that need replacing …. But again after speaking with L&A they have agreed to cover some costs which is helpful! Overall I am pleased with my car and the service I have been provided. Yes I have had little problems that have presented themselves with my car but my car is 13 years old so it is bound to happen but I must say L&A Dealership have been very supportive thus far. Lovely guy and good experience.
